Technology Components Southwest, LLC is comprised of a passionate group of highly specialized fastener and small component veterans. The company was formed in 2003 after acquiring the sales and distribution rights for Bollhoff Rivnut® Products in the Southwest region of the US and Mexico border, including maquiladoras. Since our start, we have added ITW Fastex®, POP® Rivet from Emhart and Heli-Coil® from Emhart along with PSM Self-Clinch Hardware, PSM Inserts for Plastics, Fath Components, Micro Plastics, Kolver® Precision Torque tools, Avery Dennison Cable Ties, WERA Screwdriving components and other unique components with the most recognized worldwide manufacturers. Additionally we represent Handles Unlimited and Davies Molding.
In October 2007, Technology Components added another office in Maryland Heights, MO (St. Louis) to better serve the needs of our customers in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Southern IL, Kentucky and Arkansas.www.zakcomponents.com
February 2010, Technology Components Southwest acquired a 3rd location near Chicago, TCS Jadcor of Des Plaines IL. Jadcor’s core business is Rivnut and Blind (Avdel/Cherry) Riveting systems to the regional marketplace. Joining the TCS team is Joe Demali, BJ Demali and Rita Osuch. Our team is comprised of specialists in fastening and assembly of Sheet Metal joining, Plastics fastening and assembly of Castings. We also have competence in O Rings, Molded Rubber Components, Gaskets and Ball Bearing Slides. We offer VMI/JIT services to eliminate much of the manpower and hassles you have today to manage these components. Technology Components Southwest has an engineer on our team, with sheet metal and aerospace expertise.
This coupled with a passion for customer service makes our company the type of business that many of our customers truly appreciate. After one year in business, Technology Components pursued registration with ISO 9000 standards. In early 2006, Technology Components Southwest was awarded ISO9000 registration through registrar, QMI.
